These terms govern use of TenderVigil, operated by Advanced Mobility Engineering Pvt Ltd, registered at Plot No 585, Phase 10, SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab 160062, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials and devices secure, use only your authorised role and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. Company administrators are responsible for invitations and permissions they grant within their organisation.

Permitted use

You may use TenderVigil for lawful business discovery, research and bid preparation. You must not interfere with the service, evade limits or access controls, introduce malicious content, misuse personal data, falsely represent source material, or use the service to violate an official portal’s terms or applicable procurement, sanctions or export-control law.

Sources and business decisions

TenderVigil organises source-backed public information. Official authorities control their notices, documents, deadlines, eligibility rules and awards. TenderVigil does not submit a bid, certify eligibility, provide legal or investment advice, or guarantee that a source is complete or continuously available. Use the linked original notice where a decision requires official confirmation.

Intellectual property

TenderVigil software, presentation and original analysis belong to Advanced Mobility Engineering Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Source documents and third-party reporting retain their respective ownership, licences and attribution. Access to the service does not transfer those rights.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

If paid plans are activated, the order will state the plan, price, currency, term, limits, trial, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Invoices and refunds will follow that order, applicable law and the displayed refund rule. Subscription capability is not an offer until the Owner makes a plan visible and activates an approved payment provider.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, using proportionate notice where practicable. You may close your account subject to outstanding obligations and documented retention requirements. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Punjab, India; courts of competent jurisdiction in Punjab, India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute right.
